I have written a plug-in for Sibelius called 'Impose Sketch onto Template'. The plug-in extracts the structure of a sketch/piano vocal/MIDI import score and then imposes it onto a score template. System items including time signatures, key signatures, tempo text, bar number changes, special barlines, system symbols, system lines and rehearsal marks can be filtered for transfer to the template file.
